Dr Ajmal Razmy et Dr Nick Grujich ont signé l’exposé An Evaluation of the Professional Role During Psychiatric Residency. Cet ouvrage porte sur les résultats d’un sondage anonyme mené auprès de 128 résidents en psychiatrie de l’Université de Toronto. Les auteurs ont constaté que moins de la moitié des répondants croyaient que le rôle professionnel était évalué correctement; et que 84 % favorisaient l’inclusion d’une appréciation multisources pour l’évaluation de ce rôle.
