Registration Policy

One registration is for one person. Multiple attendees may not share and swap one registration.
Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received in full. The date payment is received will determine the applicable registration rate.

Non-members who wish to join the CPA and take advantage of the reduced member registration rate must submit their application and any supporting documents at least two business days before any scheduled registration rate increase (e.g., early bird deadline).

Members who register at the non-member rate and then later request a refund of the difference between the member and non-member registration rates will be charged an administration fee of $140 (plus tax). By registering for and attending the conference, you agree that your image may be used at any time, without further notification, for printed materials, websites, social media and other marketing purposes.
No solicitation is permitted by anyone except by exhibitors within the confines of their respective booths.
