Chief of Psychiatry – Regional Services

Homewood Health is seeking an experienced psychiatrist to lead Regional Services across a broad continuum of mental health and addiction programs. As Chief, you’ll be part of the Senior Management Team, guiding EMHAS, Trillium, Older Adult Psychiatry, Transitional Care, Community Addiction Services, and the ACTT teams in Guelph and Fergus.
You’ll shape clinical strategy, oversee medical staff, support education and research, and strengthen partnerships with community agencies and McMaster University. The role combines clinical leadership, consultation, and direct care.
Qualifications: Royal College certification in psychiatry, license in Ontario, clinical and medical leadership experience, strong strategic and interpersonal abilities.
